One on One Training

ADULT SESSIONS:

Peak Hours (5am-7am and 5pm-7pm M-F start times)
$65 for 60 minute one-on-one session     $550 for 10 pack of 60 min sessions
$40 for 30 min one-on-one sessions         $350 for 10 pack of 30 min sessions

Off Peak Hours (8am-4pm start times M-F and weekends)
$55 for 60 minute one-on-one sessions     $475 for 10 pack of 60 min sessions
$35 for 30 minute one-on-one session       $300 for 10 pack of 30 min sessions

YOUTH (AGES 18 AND UNDER):

Peak Hours (5am-7am and 5pm-7pm M-F start times)
$45 for 60 minute one-on-one session        $375 for 10 pack of 60 min sessions

Off Peak Hours (8am-4pm start times M-F and weekends)
$35 for 60 minute one-on-one session         $300 for 10 pack of 60 min sessions
******30 min sessions are not available for youth athletes*******

Small Group Training

Do one-on-one sessions make you uncomfortable?

Can’t afford a personal trainer?

Do you need some extra motivation?

Are you bored with your workouts?

Get all the benefits in a small group setting!

Boot Camp Style training:

This training will be more of the unconventional type.

There will be limited use of weight machines.

This training is perfect for both men and women of all ages.

Bring your friends and train together.

Sport Specific Training:

No matter what your sport this style of training will be both fun and productive.

Bring your friends and you can all train together.

This training will focus on speed, strength and agility to get you ready for your upcoming season, whatever it may be.

Group Training Rates

Team Rates (11 or more) $150/session

Small Group Rates (6-10 athletes) $10/person (up to 5 athletes) $15/person
